Preserved Boxwood Balls Are Here!!! Finally!

The preserved Boxwood balls are some of our favorite things at E T C E T E R A S. We love the way they brighten up any room with their vibrant green color and also add a touch of chic elegance to anything you put them on...urns, champagne buckets, under glass domes..you can also make a Boxwood Topiary! Can you believe they've been on backorder since October?? We have three sizes: 4" small($22), 8" medium($58), and 12" large($145). We've already sold half our inventory, get a pair before they're gone!!

Vintage Room Divider....French?

This stunning glass divider is to die for!!! It is made of four panels with flexible joints and each panel has three pieces of glass that look like faded mercury. SIGH....

A Whimsical, Seaside Christmas

One of our favorite things to do at E T C E T E R A S is to create something beautiful out of unexpected pairings. Since La Jolla is a quintessential seaside town, we love mixing treasures from the ocean with traditional christmas decor to create a whimsical holiday feeling. We think using what you already have makes the holidays simple instead of stressful! Gather large ornaments and place them into a giant clam shell, or add some angels to your collection of coral and seashells. To further the idea of whimsical simplicity, hang angels or vintage ornaments from your chandeliers, or put a small christmas tree into a iron urn. Stop by the store to see more of our seaside holiday decor!

LOVE: A Giant Clam Shell Pair

We are in absolute awe of our newest addition to our ocean life collection...this giant clamshell is stunning! It is a matching pair and is estimated to be about 300 years old. It measures 36" across and 22" tall. We have no idea what it weighs, only that it took two men to bring it in! We are so enamored of our lovely giant that for now its not for sale...

Vintage Arkana Chairs

I have absolutely fallen in love with this pair of 1970's Arkana Lounge Chairs! They are made with leatherette, teak, and a bit of steel. These stylish mid-century chairs are so comfortable to sit in and just lovely to look at! The wood needs a bit of TLC, but the everything else is in great shape. The chairs are priced at $350 for the pair.
